CALL FOR ARTISTS – Belmont Mural

St. Joseph Parish 130 Common St. , Belmont, MA, United States

Please join us and paint our community mural!

Work began last year on the mural that will be installed on the building of our local movie theater (Studio Cinema on Trapelo Rd.). The mural is a historic tribute to some of the most iconic movies we've ever known: Gone With the Wind, Wizard of Oz, King Kong, etc. A grant was secured to purchase the panels and paint supplies. It has been a whole lot of fun painting it, and it's nearly complete, but we need artists to help get us to the finish line, specifically to paint the details of faces, hands, clothing, etc.

BAA member, Anne Katzeff, has been painting the mural with other community members. Email Anne to let her know that you'll be joining us!

Arlington Open Studios
