DESCRIPTION:BAA Members are invited to submit work for this Inspiration themed show.  \n\n\n\n\nApplication and Fees\n\n\n\n\nSTEP 1 – Notify us of your intent to participate. \n\n\n\nEmail us (belmontart02478-at-gmail.com). \n\n\n\nMembers are invited to submit 1-3 pieces\, 2D or 3D\, for consideration. \n\n\n\nSend .jpg files no larger than 3 MB to belmontart02478-at-gmail.com with pertinent title\, size and media details\, along with a brief statement about what\, who\, or why you were inspired to create each piece. This can relate to the influence of another artist’s work\, a mentor\, your personal experience\, etc.Artists will be notified of accepted work by 2/18/2025.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSTEP 2 – Select a Task\n\n\n\nWe need your help to make this work! Please let us know if you are able to do more than one job. When you email us (belmontart02478-at-gmail.com)\, include at least one of the following tasks in your message.  \n\n\n\n\nHelp organize reception/contribute to associated tasks\n\n\n\nOrganize the volunteer schedule \n\n\n\nGallery sit\n\n\n\nHelp with programming during the run of the show\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSTEP 3 – Pay the Entry Fee\n\n\n\nMEMBERS\n\n\n\n$10 for 1 piece$25 for 2 or 3 pieces \n\n\n\nNON-MEMBERS\n\n\n\n$35 for 1 piece$60 for 2 or 3 pieces \n\n\n\nDeadline for submission and payment is Feb. 15\, 2025 —though earlier submissions are encouraged! \n\n\n\nUse one of these methods to pay the entry fee:\n\n\n\n\nClick the button  \n\n\n\n\nPay Submission Fee\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOR \n\n\n\nGo to the Join Page and use the yellow “Donate” paypal button.  \n\n\n\n\nJoin\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMembership Status and Fee\n\n\n\nBAA Members as of Feb. 2025 are eligible to submit work for this non-juried show. Entries will be accepted on the basis of available gallery space\, with all artists assured to have at least one work in the show. If there are too many pieces to display\, artists with multiple submissions may be asked to take back one or two pieces of their work.  \n\n\n\nUse one of these methods to pay member dues:\n\n\n\nClick the button  \n\n\n\n\nPay BAA member dues\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOR \n\n\n\nGo to the Join Page and use the yellow “Pay Now” button. \n\n\n\n\nJoin\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSTEP 4 – Delivery of Art\n\n\n\nWork should be delivered to the Belmont Gallery of Art on March 1 between 1-4 pm\, properly prepared for hanging via wire or with an appropriate display stand. Please let us know if you are not able to drop off at this time and we will work on making other arrangements. \n\n\n\nLabel\n\n\n\nAll sales will be negotiated directly between buyer and artist. For this reason\, please use the modified art label below so that your contact information is attached to your work when the show is mounted. There will not be any commission fee charged by BAA or BGA. Please email the following information to belmontart02478@gmail.com so that we can print out labels. When you drop off your work there also needs to be a label attached to the back of your artwork.  \n\n\n\nArtist’s name is bold. Title of work is in italics.
