Work should be delivered to the Belmont Gallery of Art on Sunday October 6 between 1-3 pm, properly prepared for hanging via wire or with an appropriate display stand. Please let us know if you are not able to drop off at this time and we will work on making other arrangements.
All sales will be negotiated directly between buyer and artist. For this reason, please use the modified art label below so that your contact information is attached to your work when the show is mounted. There will not be any commission fee charged by BAA or BGA. Please email the following information to belmontart02478@gmail.com so that we can print out labels. When you drop off your work there also needs to be a label attached to the back of your artwork.

With his usual expertise in grouping items appropriately, Richard Hill will be hanging the show between October 7-9.
Dari will notify artists on October 10 if there is overflow work to be retrieved. Artists should pick up pieces that we could not fit in on October 11 or 15, during regular Town Hall hours (closed for Indigenous People’s Day October 14).
BAA’S SHOW-OFF show will open on Thursday, October 17th
We were unable to finalize several details at the planning meeting. Please complete the survey below to indicate your availability to help make this impromptu show a success. Current thinking is that the BGA will be open during regular Town Hall hours, with hopes to have gallery sitters available on Saturdays. You can also contact either one of us: Naomi, DukasDesigns1-at-gmail.com; Dari, d.paquette.fine.art-at-gmail.com if you have any questions, thoughts, or offers of help you wish to share. This is a great opportunity for all of us. We can make it happen if we work together!
Please send any questions or concerns to Naomi or Dari, co-chairs: belmontart02478-at-gmail.com).
