It will give you a glimpse into Corcelle’s artistic process and provide a relaxed opportunity for discussion. \nRed ticket tea-bags found objects\, © Christiane Corcelle\nIn the current exhibit at the Belmont Gallery of Art (BGA)\, Christiane Corcelle transforms teabags and their components into works of art. This show has many surprises and is sure to make people think outside of the box. \nFor years\, the French-born artist\, Christiane Corcelle has collected discarded objects as part of her creative process. Since 2011\, she has been working with used tea bags and their components\, including strings and labels to create over 100 unique pieces that explore variations in composition\, repeating patterns\, and recurring elements in a deeper way\, and from a greater variety of perspectives.

DESCRIPTION:Bring in Your Antique Photographs to UnCommonFinds!\nBAA member\, Helen Morse\, is a photographer and lifetime collector of antique photographs. She will be happy to discuss your antique photographs (or hers which will be on display at unCOMMONfinds) on the evening of March 25th between 6-9 pm. Helen will give a brief talk about antique photography at 7 pm\, so don’t be late!! \nEarly in her career\, Helen worked for a number of years at the International Museum of Photography at George Eastman House\, which houses the largest collection of antique photographs in the world!
