CALL FOR ARTISTS deadline – Rainforest/Canopy of Color
Exhibition of Nature-themed Artwork
To be exhibited during the Museum’s 2015 Flower Show
Exhibition dates: Thursday, March 12 – Sunday, March 15, 2015
Hours: Thursday – Saturday: 9:30am-4pm; Sunday: 12-4pm
Open to all original visual expressions of the natural world: floral, landscape, underwater, weather, wildlife, extinct species, insects, etc. Submissions do not have to contain flowers or reflect the Flowers Show’s rainforest theme.
All mediums can be submitted.
Note: Now in its 19th year, the Flower Show is one of the Attleboro Arts Museum’s most popular events. The Show’s nature-themed art exhibition is center-stage and seen by 1,500+ visitors. We look forward to your participation in this much anticipated exhibit.
Nature-themed Art Exhibition Key Dates
• Delivery of art: Thurs, February 26 – Sat, February 28; 10am-4pm
• Accepted works posted on www.attleboroartsmuseum.org: By Thurs, March 5, by 8pm
• Pick–up unaccepted work: Fri, March 6 & Sat, March 7; 10am-4pm*
• Exhibition: Thursday, March 12 – Sunday, March 15, 2015; Hours: Thursday – Saturday: 9:30am-4pm; Sunday: 12-4pm
• Pick up of exhibited work: Sun, March 15 at 4pm (after the Flower Show’s closing ceremony) or Tues, March 17 & Wed, March 26; 10am-12pm*
* A late fee of $5 per day, per piece will be charged – payable at pick-up.
